    1. What are your shipping options, costs and delivery times?

    Delivery items are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. We offer world wide FREE shipping.

    We work with different carrier service providers such as: USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. The estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days after processing your order. During holidays, this may take few extra days due to carrier providers which have a high volume of orders. Please understand this is not in our control, nonetheless we have built a strong relationship with all carrier providers and we will do our best to deliver in time.

    2. Where are you shipping from?

    In order to provide a high quality number of products "Scarlatti-ice" teamed up with few jewelers around the world. Most of our items are made and shipped from the USA. Sometimes, due to a high number of orders your package will be shipped from one of our warehouses in Romania, United Arab Emirates or China, as we want to provide a smooth experience to you, the customer. You will not incur any extra cost and "Scarlatti-ice, will support the cost fees associated with the delivery. We want to build a long lasting relationship with all our customers.

    3. Order Processing Details

    All our products are handmade. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 business days. As you are aware during peak holidays and promotional periods order processing times may be increased due to the high volume of orders.

    4. Business Days & Holidays

    All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    5. Duties and Taxes

    Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
